  • Specified mechanical load (SML) 100 kN, routine test load (RTL) 50 kN — every insulator leaves the factory after a routine tensile test at no less than 50% of SML held for at least 10 seconds
  • One-piece HTV silicone rubber housing produced in a one-shot injection molding process, overmolding the triple junction point and part of the end fittings — no traditional sealing system, no moisture ingress path
  • Boron-free, corrosion-resistant ECR glass FRP core rod with extremely high hydrolysis and acid resistance — eliminates the risk of brittle fracture
  • Strongly hydrophobic HTV silicone housing keeps its pollution performance even in salt fog and dust-laden industrial air; no additional grading or corona rings needed up to 170 kV thanks to the integrated grading-ring end-fitting design
  • Size-16 socket-and-ball, clevis 16L/16N, tongue 16L/16N, Y-clevis 19 and eye 24 couplings per IEC 60120 / IEC 60471 / IEC 61466-1; 100% exchangeable with existing insulators and line hardware, also available combined with line hardware and line surge arresters
